Probably not, because they do moderate the media - they manually remove spam, they recategorize content, they delete obviously illegal material like beasty and CP.
You only get the exclusion when there is no reasonable expectation that a provider can moderate the content, as with a service provider, information retrieval service or self-publishing platform (the providers of services like blogspot or thumblogger.com).Comment
