Im not surprised by the writing of messages onto shells. I think Id be in permanent depression if I have lived my life in Israel constantly receiving hate against them as a people in all history of the Israeli people. 1)Israel dropped thousands of leaflets warning the people of South Lebanon to evacuate... Many ignored and stayed.
2)When 1/3rd of your government that you elected is a Terrorist group, your country is fare game.
3)When the terrorists take up positions, like hospitals, apartment complexes, and U.N. building (like the one that was bombed), all of those targets have to be neutralized.
What Israel is doing is unproportional, of course, no one disputes that. But, look, Israel wants peace, they withdrew from Lebanon with UN approval in 2000, but also in that charter it stated that Hezbollah must dismantle on the South and bring in Lebanese army to guard the border. Lebanon did not do their part, and as result, allowed the terrorists to basically hold their country hostage with their actions.
Posting pictures of dead babies is not going to change a person's mind who knows the facts. Maybe this works for arabs around the world via Al Jazeera, and maybe some Canadians and anti-Americans here on this board, yes, but not for those of who realize the reality. That Israel is surrounded by countries whose clear doctrine is the destruction of Israel and nothing else. I wonder, would your viewpoint changed if you were in a country who was surrounded by death-worshippers whose religion claims they have the right to make your people disappear....
