Congratulations, you and your site could be the poster-boys of how wrong/stupid laws can be.
The advise to ask a lawyer is another problem. If industry specialists are unsure, imagine how most lawyers will react.
NOTE: About a year ago my friend had to close his "cigar bar" when smoking bans took effect. Governed right the fuck out of business.
