So I tried to signup an epassporte again, it said my email
[email protected] is not allowed so I had to use
[email protected]!?
Then it said my card is blocked so I phoned customer service. When I got thru the woman said that I would have to verify my account because I tried to signup before and didn't verify the card. So I have to send in photocopies of ID, the card and all sorts of other things, I said ok I want to do it, she sounded hassled and put me on hold. She came back and said the email was sent. I asked why my email was blocked? She said the system was very sensitive but wouldn't say why my email wasn't allowed.
I got the email now I have to fill this document in and send all my ID but the document doesn't have a tracking number so I am suppossed to ring back customer service again to get it...
can I be arsed?
