vanilla, I think you are hanging with a rare crowd. While many girls do get breast jobs, they aren't "everyone" in the crowd - unless you are in porn or working clubs dancing. For some reason, there is some idea that "bigger is better" and many girls end up getting just horrible man made things that fall within a year or two and make the girls look very artificial. I have seen girls with very pretty B cups go and get big inserts and come out with big DD size things that are sagging and unattractive within a couple of years. Scan the "milf" and "mature" sites out there and you will see the history of overdone older boob jobs. I had a friend go from big A to D and 3 years later, well, they were NOT nice to look at... she was much prettier as an A.

Vanilla, I had a girlfriend do that - and it was fine because she didn't push it past "the limit", basically the doctor "filled her up" to the size she was when pregnant. She didn't get the originally suggested 1 or 2 cups more, which would have pushed her to D which would have way over done it. Sadly, he implants hardened and she had to have them removed and changed, and she had to go slightly larger...
It's all in the balance.

There are some ugly boob jobs out there to be sure, but there are some good ones too. As for no one having them, you would be surprised. I have met a TON of young women (not models or strippers... "normal" girls) that have implants, but don't tell anyone they have them. They don't go huge, only small jumps (A to B, B to C), and they don't tell the world they are fake. Many of them you would swear were real until they tell you, because they don't try to look like strippers. Plus, most of the young women that don't have them, want them.
