LC is someone who had fifteen moments of fame (and shame) and has refused to let go. Since then he has done nothing but annoy and harress everyone in the industry.
It's possible that he's either retarded, got hit in the head when he was a child, or his parents locked him up in a cage for most of his childhood.
He has some serious issues.
