it would have been better if you told her what file you were trying to download and from what area.

Lightspeed is a huge program and just saying you're having problems downloading a file causes her to try and check every file. That could take hours if not days.

If I turn off my personal firewall, I can download files fine from them. But if it is on, it blocks the downloads. So they are doing something that firewalls block.

I noticed that recently. They block image loads if you don't present a referer. That's about 20-30% of TGP traffic. I guess they know what they're doing. *shrug*

I can't easily add any of their hosted gals to my site at the moment because of this blocking.
