                                                                                      edit: its also getting a fair bit of altavista, yahoo and alltheweb hits.....

If you can find me a name that gets 100 type-ins a day under $10k, I'll pay you a finder's fee.

                                                                                                                                                  The referred traffic is simply gravy at that point, and having analyzed it myself (twice), lots of it will stay around for a while.

It might help if I put a bit more effort into trying to find the right buyer. They are pretty decent names, so maybe I'll get there. It also helps to have the market going up and up! I know how you feel (because I've been there too). I've made tons of offers that don't get responses and it can be frustrating. BUT, as a seller . . . it is the only way to sell (unless you are flipping). I have sold a lot of domain names over the last year (or so) and they all went to people who made the right offer.
