Billing the eastern end of Europe

Hi all...I am just curious what solutions you're using to bill the eastern edge of Europe. I know a lot of CC companies still automatically block Poland, Czech Republic, etc.,but am curious if anyone is using anything more inventive than a simple dialer solution for these countries (specifically all the new EU countries, but also interested in Russia, and Ukraine).

use european based processors, they usually accept f.e Polish credit cards

I don't use ICQ anymore.

I have a merchant account through netbilling (www.netbilling.com)
recently I have been having allot of signups from eastern europe, Poland, Finland, russia and so on.
Through netbilling you have the option of blocking or accepting cards from any country.

there used to be a time, not long ago, when that was true, but anymore, I get allot of my signups from those countries, my fraud/chargeback rate from those countries have been zero.

thats typical for a guy who never left his country - he has no idea about difference between Russia and Poland or Czech rep.
People from US owe me more then 70 000 USd for last 4 years in adult online biz - none from Russia owes me anything - thats the fact.
I also never got any CHB from Russia or any eatern Europe countries but I got a lot of CHBs from US

I have clients from USA, UK, Canada, Poland, Spain, Russia, Hungary, Italy .. guess what: I've been scammed only by people from "civilized" countries - USA, Canada, Italia...

YEs you're right ccbill almost doesn't accept ccards from east europe. And fucking IBILL did!
