Basically just the 10-20 poeple we have in-line. Most of the footage will be shot on the bus and in the hotel room. The Prom will just be the set up and might just be shot of them going in....................it's still in the creative stage.

We certainly don't want to be sued or get in any trouble. So you are correct, this needs to be WELL thought out.

if this is in the USA even if the "models" are 18+, IF they are still in high school you run the risk of having them expelled from school which could provoke lawsuits from parents.

every public high school that i know of in the usa has "moral turpitude" provisions that allow expulsion with no due process.

Look we are not looking for advice from people on how to film it or even if we should or shouldn't. we have filmed for yrs in the mainstream and adult industry. trust me, we have a team of lawyers that will rip me a new asshole before they let me just go out and shoot. they will make sure every possible situation is covered and handled before i can even think about it. thats what lawyers are for. it is not my job to worry about the law it is thiers.... and they tell me what i have to do. to seriuosly respond to you, yes you are correct, those things can happen to the students in some situations. but being they are seniors with only a month or so of school to go, i would not release the footage till next fall, well after they have graduated and are at college. thats professional and ethical. i am not in this to ruin anyone's life. nor am i forcing anyone to do this. and those that have choosen to do are being fullly informed of all possible things that can and might happen should they go forward with this.

firstly, someone is going to tell the school. You can't get that many kids (18 or otherwise) in on something like this and not have one of them tell someone who will tell a parent. When that happens welcome to the media circus and whilst I know there is no such thing as bad publicity I wouldn't hold my breath.

Secondly, for FFS think of the long term damage to this industry sometime with choices people make. Like there isn't enough heat without making it look like you are targetting high school students.

Thirdly, I can't wait to be you in five years when one of them kicks up a fit because they now can't get into grad school, get a decent job, etc because they did this. Sure with releases you maybe covered but it is still a headache anyway. Plus you are going to have to love the the girls that did it because their boyfriend said they would if they 'loved them'.

ok just to address some of the issues you brought up for the hell of it. as far as the school goes, i am not going to show the name of the school, the district or the any of the non release people on the video, if we do get other faces caught on tape which i am sure we will, they will be mosiaced out, including the school name etc... there will be no porn filmed at the dance the school or anywhere near school property, i am just going to film these people at the dance having a good time, the porn is filmed on the bus and at the party. i don't need the schools permission to come in and just film the dance. any student can invite a private film crew to documnet the occasion for them. as far as the actual dance goes...... thats all i am doing.

yes there is a chance someone will spill the beans..... we have done or very best to keep it under wraps, the poeple that have agreed to be involved understand they have to keep it quiet... but hey if it gets out.... it gets out, jigs up no big deal, on to the next idea... lol, no reward with out risk.

and lastly, i agree with Aflex, i am not forcing anyone to do anything..... and if you read one of my earlier posts you will see i have spoken with everyone about future consequenses and to be honest i have even tried very hard to discourage some of the people from being involved. But ultimately it is thier choice and they want to do it.

Bottom line.... it might work it might, thats the risk when you film true reality video. we are trying to cover all the bases we can. Hell it might just end up being a bunch of kids pucking on each other, or it might end up being something really great. I have several different groups of people from several schools willing to do it. if it pans out it will be awesome. if not... oh well we tried. we have choosen people that we think have the stuff to make it great and people that are willing to go the distance. We don't plan on or want to break any laws, so the lawyers are going nuts trying to figure out all the legal issues, if they do... great, if they don't... we don't do it. but as of now, we see no reason this can't happen. it is not a question of not thinking it through, trust me , we are kicking this around alot. we have built our reputation in south florida around being fair, honest, and LAW ABIDDING, we don't want to tarnish that in any way. But we do love getting new and inventive footage, so we are always trying to think up new and inventive ideas for stuff. Sometimes it works , sometimes it doesn't, but you never know till you try.

OK, I had a night to sleep on it and I talked to a few knowledgable Industry folks. We will err on the side of caution and proceed with this project.
The bottom line is these 18-19 year olds WANT to do it. They have been explained the ramifications and they will all sign release forms.

We will provide transportation but not alcohol. They will all graduate and they won't go to hell. Their lives won't be ruined and they will have something to show their grandchildren.
