I did once, but it was because I was drinking.
I took a big hit from the blunt, held it in then took a coupl swigs from my beer. Then I let out the smoke. I was coughing pretty bad. 10 minutes later I'm ralphing my guts out.

In one of my teen years I was smoking some Jamaican gum and it was so strong I got tunnel vision, went blind and passed out for 10 seconds or so. Came to in the kitchen where all my friends were looking down at me with the look of terror on their faces. Once they saw that I was okay they started laughing. Never blew chunk though.
