I hate to bitch after 9 months of cold and rain but..

It's so frigging hot and humid and no one in this area has air conditioning... I've been slumped over sipping ice water and hosing myself off in the backyard for two days now.

Everyone I've run into too is like physically ill and almost listless... It's only 80 something too.

i feel your pain red. 89 outside and at least 5-10 degrees hotter inside.

Teknoe: come to washington state in november and you'll be freezing your nuts off begging for people to turn up the heat. While I'm walking around in a t-shirt and shorts. It's all relative. You're use to hot weather, PNW'ers are use to cold and rain.

i've only been in key west for 3 years. I lived in jacksonville tho.. winters got high 20's low 30's.. nothing like up north but was still cold.
but yea.. most FL people.. under 70 is chilly for them. I adapt to whatever season it is

its 34c here right now. this is like the 14th above 30 day we have had so far this year. Thats about 13 more then any other year. And its not even august yet. Its deffinatly not normal to be this hot in this area.

Yeah, the heat wave all over is kinda harsh this time around I'd say.. it's just been so humid! My central air is busted too, so I get to call and bitch on Monday along with probably 1000 others in my area.. hope they fix it before this time next week is all. Luckily I have a vornado fan, plus a couple of others to take the edge off.
