The reason for staying home is having to plan a whole trip around the world for it. We're based in the Netherlands so we can't just jump on a plane everytime we have a case of someone that doesn't pay.
Plus, we're happy to pay a nice percentage per collection. So why not leave it to people who specialize in it (legally)?

The mean problem is that you will have to deal with international law, and some countries that are in taxfree heavens where they are hard to approach since the bankaccounts and companies are confidentinal there.. So getting the right info to prosicute them is hard, aftert getting the info you will need to start a lawsuite with a country that mostly don't have a deal with the netherlands/us about these issues.

There are some consulting ours at the UVA in amsterdam where you could gain some information. I think it definately is a interesting market !!
