Now this is why I made my thread in regards to "thought crimes" and if people think they should be illegal or legal. What we have here is truely just that a thought crime. Nobody at all has done anything that is criminal and there is no victem, just the possibility of making people think the model may be under age.
Our industry should be no more regulated than a comparable industry such as the motion pictures association. Yes I do agree we do and did need an proof of age law, and some saftey standards and practices in place. Aside from that I am of the opinion that it should stop there.
If it is ok for hollywood to have produced very simuliar movies and or story lines where the only difference is the amount of nudity and sex versus the amount of violence and disregard for the law in the real world. It should be perfectly ok for our industry as well. If hollywood can make any of the above mentioned movies or even most of the Charles Bronson films of the 70's and early 80's which dealt a great deal with rape, murder, vigilanty behavior, drugs, and excessive violence and hide under the "artistic" flag so can we.Comment
