Emily18 looks like one of those young runaways you see down at the train station. But, if you don't like it, then don't promote it. I don't think it's our place to tell another pornographer what kind of porn he/she should produce as long as it's LEGAL.
and when he decides that jacking off to it isnt enuff?
he LOVES the stuff. thinks its fucking GREAT. but the images just isnt enuff...
what then...
couple trips to the park?
hope its by your house and not mine.
those images dont make ppl pedophiles, those kinda people already are like that.

Technically under the laws in Canada, if you "teen up" a girl to that extent, going so far as give her teddy bears and pigtails, it's considered child pornography under the Child Protection Act (even if the girl is 30 and you can prove it), and with the changes that are going to be made to this legislation, they will be removing the "artistic merit" clause, and I believe they will be more aggressively prosecuting these people as well.

i was always with the understanding that it was illegal to make a girl look under 18 (braces, pig tails, clothes, backgrounds/set design etc) and show her in sexually explicit shoots.
i must be wrong obviously because so many people are doing it, but i do remember seeing it explained a couple times and it seemed like it was something to avoid for legal reasons.
does anyone know more?
You are not wrong. Even in the US the laws are pretty much along those lines, yes.
ped·o·phil·i·a
The act or fantasy on the part of an adult of engaging in sexual activity with a child or children.
child
A person between birth and puberty.
pu·ber·ty
the age at which puberty occurs being typically between 13 and 16 years in boys and 11 and 14 in girls and often construed legally as 14 in boys and 12 in girls.
Ok so pedophilia is sex with someone between the age of 0 and 12. Emily 18 does not look like 12, she looks young, but not 12. So they cater to people that like fresh looking teens, but not pedos.
I say we take down anything that someone may find immoral or degrading.
Then we can all go to McDonalds and see if they are hiring.
Unfuckingbelievable this debate still rages on. If it's legal it's legal ... worry about your own sites and money. The internet is huge. Don't like a site? click the fucking back button.
You're pushing a site thats promoting weed yet talking about 18 yo girls?
How many of your surfers are underage? You're not promoting to them?
A girl who LOOKS young is not illegal. A girl naked who looks young is not illegal, nor really is it wrong. Making a girl up (with teddy bears, braces and pigtails riding scooters and playing with dolls) to look younger than she is IS illegal.
personally i think it's better that some sicko punch his munchkin to an underage looking 18 year old online then sneak into his daughter's pajama party
it's my opinion, that someone is more likely to go for the real deal if they can't satisfy the desire some other way. lord knows i've had some weird ass fantasy that i've been able to quench with online content and then the desire passed. course, it wasn't pedo shit or horse fucking, but still, could you imagine if i had to go find 2 300lb women to do a 3 way with? thank god for online porn!
i mean really, if you peddle porn at all, and you're worried about the sicko's that NEED flesh, then don't you think you're just fueling the fire for rape?
Just looked over the Emily 18 site, and although she LOOKS young, she's not been put into situations and surroundings that are made to insinuate that she is underage, such as bigtails, braces and teddy bears. Sure, she looks young, but looking young certainly isn't wrong, it's not a crime, and neither is having naked pictures of her if she's legal. It's the INTENT with which you take the pictures, the context of the images that dictates what you are trying to portray. I see nothing on that site that I would believe to be considered "objectionable" under the letter of the law, and nothing at all that would indicate she was shot in such a way. The only "problem" people seem to have is that she looks younger. Oh well? If they were dressing her up, that would be one thing, but I've seen 11 year olds that looked 21, and 21 year olds that looked 11. They can't help how they look, and those who profit from them (legitimately) are not specifically doing anything wrong.

Are you sure? I don't have the link but what is the court case that set this precedent? I thought pigtails and all that were legal.
Pigtails in themselves are legal... but it's the SITUATION the girl is placed in... if you have a 30 year old woman in front of a mirror in pigtails and chewing bubblegum and she's in a context that indicates "underaged child" or is doing childlike activities (playing with dolls etc), in the majority of the states it is still considered CP even if the girl IS of age.. SHe could be 70 and this would still be the case... There are precidents in Florida and several other states, and convictions as well.. I will hunt up the info again, but if in doubt, you can always ask an attourney.
again. i swear i had no idea the terrorist was going to make a bomb out of that urainuim... i just sell the stuff to feed my kids.
yes that is one side. But you dont want to clear out the other side:
Sex & tits on tv in the US is totally censored.
Result: Sexually frustrated kids. And we got oprah around here and its very weird there, those kids of 12 & 13 said a blowjob is the most normal thing to do on the toilet at school! Schools in holland aint like that.
Alcohol forbidden under 21.
Result: Alcoholic teens drinking like a muthafucker.
Weed totally forbidden.
Result: Pothead losers who think its tough to smoke weed.
And thats with everything: If u forbid a thing, ppl tend to do it even more. So if u forbid those legal sites that youve got a problem with, the pedophiles don't have anything as an outlet and will eventually turn to real kids.
and these people tell me
"we are not catering to pedos, we are just doing the teen niche"
to me makin these girls look fucking 12 is not the teen niche. its border line sick. i dont give a FUCK how well it converts with what, i dont give a FUCK how much money it makes
you fucking know that your a step away from pedo shit, and you are catering to the people who want it.
I agree with you probably some of the persons that see that will end like the guy that killed jessica lunsford that is like promoting those kind of things...
Its like saying serial killers all kill because of the porn they find when they catch them.
If someone has a taste for that type of porn, does it mean they molest children? Does it mean they are going to want to molest children?
I know the teddy bear and pigtail thing is a sensitive issue with a lot of people, especially those with kids and I do understand that. But you have to realize we are selling a fantasy, and at some point there are ugly things in the mix such as pedos and rapists looking at and joining sites. Personally, its not something I sit around and think about because I am too busy. Its just a product.
And no I do not think I am contributing to child abuse by pushing teen sites. Do you think by pushing porn in general you are contributing to serial killers and rapists? Pushing weed are you guilty of terrorism? Some would say we are.
I'm pretty sure LadyMischief is correct about it being illegal to insinuate the model is underage. Just like you cant have an adult have sex with a minor in a movie its the same laws.
what about the schoolgirl fantasy? is that any less wrong?
Alot of men have that fantasy, 90% wouldn't go near an underage girl but if they get their girlfriend (let's say she's 22) to dress up like a schoolgirl, are they on the same level?
as long as this movie is allowed, Little April will be.
"Plot Summary for
Pretty Baby (1978)
1917, the last months of legal prostitution in Storyville - New Orleans' red-light district. Hattie, a prostitute at the elegant home of Madame Nell, and her 12-year-old daughter Violet are the only ones awake with photographer Ernest J. Bellocq comes by with his camera. He takes pictures of Hattie and he fascinates Violet. Over the next few months, Nell arranges for the auction of Violet's virginity, Hattie marries and goes to St. Louis leaving Violet behind, and Violet determines to marry Bellocq. Is this idyllic or is she just a girl wearing rouge, soon to return to childhood?"

I agree with you as far as teen sites.. Pushing teen sites is selling a fantasy and in and of itself is not bad. The portrayal of "childlike situations", although part of the "fantasy" IS in MOST states against the law.
It's all about extremes, most people are extremely one way or the other as far as their opinions on the subject, but these extremes are present in every aspect of life... religion, morals, etc etc. Personally, I don't neccessarily like the subjects of some of the sites that some people push, and if I see it's something that is specifically illegal, I shy away from it.. if it's something I don't agree with, I shy away (except in the case of brutality which I believe is wrong simply because it's HURTING someone who doesn't like it or want it, if it's BDSM and they are INTO that, that's different). If it's something I don't like, I don't push it. Those who are flouting the letter of the law obviously know the legal risk they are taking and are prepared to deal with the rammifications of their decisions. If they're not, they will go down. Even if they are, they are still walking a legal high wire and eventually they will likely fall. I just want nothing to do with that, and screaming to high heaven isn't going to change other people's minds. If they ALSO are willing to accept the risks (wittingly or not) of promoting such sites, it's on their heads.
Not only do "adults" have sex with a preteen girl, she is a prostitute.
not sure what you mean by this, but sex between teens and adults is in movies
i guess all the movies with RAPE in them are illegal too?
What matters in these cases is context. Those movies are made with a certain degree of artistic merit and are not considered "pornography". The laws dealing with these are different than the ones that are specifically intended for sexual stimulation (aka pornography). It's like comparing apples and oranges.

I think you are making a point here. I'm getting Lolita flashbacks.

i wasnt comparing them. I was simply saying that sex between kids and adults DOES EXIST in movies.
I stopped arguing about this dumb shit years ago.
I make money with legal porn, i left my morals on the pew when i left catholic church.
Some dont like ravishment, some do. I myself likme gore. I would love "Gore Porn", but you people would cry all day about it and try to get me arrested for producing it.

Well personally I doubt I'd try to "have you arrested" for doing it, but you would most certainly be walking the legal line. If you were the one taking the risk and bring willling to do so, that's your business, not mine

not everyone has to be scared as long as you arent doing anything ILLEGAL.
which Little April is legal, and so is anything I make money with and thats all that matters really.
I dont care what others like or dont like. I have made it clear in the past that I like things that others do not. I dont like children, but i love blood. And while braces may turn some on, it does nothing for me.
every picture i have ever taken is 100% legal.
gore is art
ok, i gotta run though, have fun with the kiddies.

I agree. Yeah, teenage girls might own stuffed animals but they don't walk around holding them with a lollipop in their mouth like a 6 year old would.
Most people won't admit that they are trying to give the "underage" impression... but that's exactly what it is. They aren't trying to portray an 18 year old school girl.

jesus christ i just went to that emily site...made me sick for a second..
pedophilia is people who are attracted to kids before they hit puberty..
i dont think anyone in this room could disagree the target audience of that site..
i refuse to believe 'normal' people (non-pedos) would be caught signing up to that site..
