Looks like another lawsuit will be filed. The owner doesn't take shit and it was a significant enough amount of money to attempt to retrieve it if they won't pay up. If they do pay up.... They may be able to salvage their name to an extent, but if this continues, my guess is that another company with a different name will pop up.
I have outsourced ppl with business flow where it should have been so I dug into my personal checking account, it's easy.
and check out EB (fuck the word blahblah is banned here sorry) forum to see my story. by the way, she/he still posting there. saw her last post. it was today fucking shit. sent her couple of emails but no replies. probably i'll get "we're busy blah blah blahs".

Sad things to read, Zuzana has done some very nice work for me and did it quickly.Carbon is not the problem, it makes up 0.041% of our atmosphere , 95% of that is from Volcanos and decomposing plants and stuff. So people in the US are responsible for 13% of the carbon in the atmosphere which 95% is not from Humans, like cars and trucks and stuff and they want to spend trillions to fix it while Solar Panel plants are powered by coal plants

Well I will say this about tender .. I use to call him my son and he called me mom for one reason.. I watched out for him and took care of him..and he did have alot of growing up to do .. He does GREAT work I will say that ... Tender has done work for BIG sponsor and didn't get paid beacause of your hot head and being impatiant.. they did not pay you for your design and was alot.. I even helped you sell those galleries cause you were my friend...
