                                    My son's fiance who's a recently licensed cosmetologist wants to know what product you use to get your pink hair color.... is it permanent or semi-permanent and do you have to bleach your hair out first to get the right color?

                                        It's psuedo permanent. (almost all the extreme color dyes fade quickly.)
                                        We bleach every 6 weeks, and re-dye every 3 weeks.

                                        Dying is easy, once it is bleached. And yes, you have to bleach it to get vibrant color. We use Cupcake Pink by Special Effects. (Atomic Pink lasts much longer, but is a little more magenta than we like.)

                                        The bleaching is a pain in the ass. We do it twice over 2-3 days (depending on how much we hurt our scalps on the first bleaching.)

Been seeing you guys at the shows and can't believe I haven't met you yet... not that I haven't SEEN you before. Of all the people we met there, you were the folks we remarked most about after we'd left, to the tune of "those cats were two of the nicest, sharpest folks we've met in this industry yet."

                                            Keep it up friends, and come down to Florida sometime to work on those tans, though it appears they maintain themselves.
