Your ego has gotten WAY out of hand. Cybererotica had scrolling tours while you were still suckling your moms nipple. Aside from the old scrolling CE tours we had, Doug (Dougsden) came in and designed some very table and image heavy scrolling tours. DX then came in and made them look even better, improving conversions very well at the time.

I will stand by stating that I did more or less innovate the scrolling tour concept, well maybe I didnt do that entirelly but I stuck with the process even through the non-scrolling days when everyone thought that was the big rave. I did indeed give it purpose and strength over the years with the help of countless designers that caught on and yes its a copyfest now. Even I copy some people if there is an improvement or something I really like it about it.
All designers are guilty of doing so from time to time.

What I fail to see is the motivation for even SAYING something about it in this thread at all. Were you trying to pick a fight? Discredit this designer (who I think does good stuff and I think anyone who has work for him should give it to him!)? Make yourself look bigger? There's better ways to advertise yourself and your services. I have not talked to her in 5 years and I was beatin as a kid if I was not locked up in my room fearing that if I were to run away I would be beatin harder.
Later I lost my daughter in a divorce, that cracked my family even harder.
