I really like pluginfeeds - a great product combined with fantastic service that makes the whole experience rather pleasing
I like the approach a few hosting companies do... fly long term clients out to the datacenter, check it out for a few days...meet people and stuff.
Just like a your girlfriend/wife gets off on unexpected surprises - business clients do too ... something unplanned, new, cool and totally unexpected does it
