Nope, but it's common knowledge IMO. SEs don't like to list new sites, bc a lot of them could be spam etc etc. Why not reward the older sites first then new?
Just like a gallery submitter. I'm going to accept a guy who's been submitting to me for 4 years instead of this new kid who's shit could be filled with spyware.
