Thanks dolly it helps when my roommate is a dental hygenist and the dentist thinks im cute. hehe can you say free dental work?
as for me losing weight i've maintained the same weight for a long time now. i did stop lifting weights (no worries no cardio for me) maybe i lost my muscle mass which gives that illusion. i dunno.
