    Shopping around for designers

    I'm looking for a designer for tour design, hpa/fpa's, banners, members area, as well as creatives for Tear2's upcoming exclusive multi-teen site.

    Ok, before I start getting spammed with designers I'm going to let down a few ground rules.

    3. Show a track record of quality, on time design with tours that convert.
    4. Experience with design in the solo-girl niche.
