I'm sure they already have had the dead Pope shirts ready and waiting for this, would be suprised if they didn't already have some online for purchase today. :/

Death and profits go together sometimes. Some people just have the sense / lack of integrity / skills / whatever to market and sell death. Look at the news - death will always be more newsworthy than life. It's not the news organizations' fault. It's those that buy into it, who are at fault.

Not your fault at all, man. T-shirt hell banks on those with a twisted sense of humor. To the core, it's an individual's humor they are banking on and all respect to them, for banking on humor that many find offensive and many don't, which makes it all the more humorous for those who "get it". I'm light at heart and "get it" and even if I don't "get it" I try to find humor with those that do.

In regard to anything ripping on religion, that's quality - it's an idea some people hold has belief / faith - and in my opinion any ideas should be blasted, made humorous and questioned.

However, some threads today have ripped on a person's death; a person who is as human as they are; a person who was the closest human connection between them and god; a person who tried to guide a belief held by a billiion people (regardless of what non-believers think) and they're saying "I'm glad he's dead" ?

T-Shirt Hell rules for creating humor. Others create Hell for creating pointless post counts. Fuck them.

Do you have evidence behind that assumption?

More people run to a car crash than to a birth. Might as well make some cash on it.
