We have no ad on that page and furthermore the site that he is "stealing" from does have working links. Presumably the affiliate is in good standing. If he was in the wrong you would think he'd be banned from that program first. Since he IS their affiliate I'm sure they have away to contact him directly if they choose to inform them about how to use their content.

Whenever I find someone using my photos in a Yahoo profile or group without my permission, no amount of crying to Yahoo or moaning in forums has ever got any action done. However, when I send in my photo id, statement of ownership and appropriate documentation, the photos are usually removed within two business days.
AFF is a huge company with proper channels and departments of people. Sure, they have a ton of employees, but that does not mean they would hire people to surf around making sure no affiliates are using Elli photos any more than Yahoo would.
If you are a content owner and you find your material being used without your permission, follow the procedures and you will be well taken care of. If you want to be a good samaritan and you see someone's content being used unlawfully, give a heads-up to the content owner and let them know how to get it fixed.email: [email protected]Comment
