Revenue sharing potential?
What's the industry? (generality is ok)
etc etc etc
Good luck with the search it's not easy finding someone good that'll work for pure salary in this biz. Mostly you'll get a consultant that wants to outsource much of the grunt work, and will be asked for a % cut of the rev if they're really good. If they're so so, they'll settle for salary only.
Also depends on the market, if it's something they can easily replicate themselves they're very likley going to ask for a rev/cut...if it's seriously difficult to replicate you're a little safer from that question being asked.
