first of all, I have also always enjoyed it too and I realised that this is indeed a very special situation when the millionaires interact with those making $1k per month.... punkworld almost wrote an essay even on it
but the list of people you mentioned is quite funny nevertheless, the only true industry pioneers there are Lensman and Lars
some of the other guys you mentioned though are "only" sales reps or marketing guys or just "normal" webmasters making a good living from this
