You should really try Serious Partners
They have a lot of free movie content and fhgs.
Unfortunately they have only revshare program but the members retention is very good.
And if you need more free content for promotion than they have in webmasters area you may always contact support and they will provide you as much free content as you need.

no shaving, no nada, just a bad partnership program for anime/hentai traffic

just what I was told and a reason for not trying it out... pay me PPS and I'll give it a try any time ;)
