this really works both ways owners are lucky to have direct access to new talent and fresh ideas like this ( corporate america would kill for a biz community model setup like this) if anything I think the noobs should be respected equaly as they are the life that keeps the industry going
not retired billionaires who have no intention of helping anyone or contributing anything new to the game
