I used to be really into bodybuilding untill about 4-5 years ago. After I quit my day job and became a webmaster I let go the weights completely for some reason. I was 175 lbs in my prime, i reached 210...gees!

Yeah, it is definitely helpful to have something to shoot for. I've tried the crash diet thing the week before the show, but that just makes me eat everything in sight while I'm there, and that's not good.
