If the Arabs really flex their muscles the world will have to decide. Do we let the Israelis keep the land they occupied after WW11 to grow their oranges or do we keep the oil flowing or do we invade the entire Middle East and lose hundreds of people a day.
Bottom line is the oil belongs to the people sitting on the land it's in.
