He has got to make some money at some point though, and I get the feeling he is pricing himself out of the market

I would love to go, but I want to stay in that amazing hotel on the island. I cant see the point if I cant stay there. The rest of it is a bit 'whatever'.

Its hard to explain but I dont want to stay in a B&B gasping at all the amazing things.

Hey, you guys talk a lot about Bellagio in las vegas a lot, there has been "al Burj" in Dubai that's no. 1 spot (only one 7 star resort in entire world), that place in ranked 1, and bellagio is at number 3 worldwide. You know where this city is going.
