    Epassporte -- Gift Account Problem

    OK ... since this is the epassporte customer service board :

    I've just gone to setup a gift account for someone and received the following message :

    This feature is not available to your account.


    I've given gift accounts before. What gives?

      Had the same problem, mailed support, they had the techs fix it.

      Problem solved.

          ok, i will do the same.

          i was figuring it was either a global problem with all accounts or perhaps an update that i didnt know about.

              Only personal accounts from unrestricted countries can open gift accounts.

              With personal accounts meaning accounts you have opened yourself via credit card or bank account.

              The rules have changed so affiliate accounts can no longer open gift accounts.

              If you have a personal account and you still can't open a gift account please contact me with your account name.
