Also take a look at the Infinity G35, i heard they might be coming out with a convertible soon. I love my coupe, and its very similar to the 350z with a few advantages/disadvantages.
My friend has a 350z convertible, its pretty sweet.
I was racing a S2000 two days ago, theyve got some decent power!
When i bought the Infinity G35 -
first visit: i was completely ignored by staff
second visit: i was completely ignored by staff

From these two I would have to go with the Honda, simply because although the 350z is a good car and has nice styling, I think the convertible definitely looks very poor with the top down.

either would be great cars... if you wanted to do some upgrades, there are a bunch for both cars. if anything, i would get the s2000 if you want a convertable or get the 350z/g35 for hardtop.

This is one of those tough decsions that are awesome at the same time. Both are delicious fuckin cars, I dunno what I'd pick to be honest; prolly the s2000 but it might depend on my mood that day.#27024067Comment

Depends on your driving style... The lack of torque on the s2k really pisses me off, I don't mind winding it out to 9400rpm for spirited driving, but the complete lack of power under 6k rpm for daily driving is really annoying...
The s2k will destroy the Z in the handling department however (even though the Z isn't that bad, I just found it a bit clumsy after driving many smaller, more nimble cars), so I'd say the choice is between a lot more low end grunt or a sportbike-like powerband and a better canyon carver.Comment

Ok here's an update:
Went to the Nissan dealership. Was completely ignored at first. Some dickfaced salesman looked at me all weird and walked away. I went to get assistance and it turns out that salesman was the only one available. All of a sudden he's all nice and shit. They didn't have a Z for me to try and i doubt they would've let me. Anyway i have an appointment tomorrow to try one, maybe.
The honda dealer. LOL Some new girl starts taking care of me. When i ask to take it for a spin she says: "there's a deposit of $500 that's non-refundable. You have to sign a contract that says if you like the driving experience you'll buy the car"

I laughed at the bitch and finally they agreed to have a test drive and the deposit be refundable. So i'm going in tomorrow.
Went to another Dealership, the had all kinds of 350Z. At first everyone ignored me. Finally got a very helpful salesman and i test drove the Roadster. I fucking loved it!
Anyway now i think i'll go for Grey with orange seats or blue with grey interior.
