Still down for me - but you can be very certain they're running around like headless chickens trying to fix it and dragging people out of bed to help. A pain in the ass but they'll resolve it soon I'm sure and you usually can't maon about their uptime which is normally excellent.
But then you also get what you pay for to an extent and whatever the shit is that's happened there's a fair chance many hosts charging a lot more could have had it happen too.Ignorance is never bliss.

Just phoned them - phones ringing off the hook. They sounded pretty stressed & lots of voices in the background.
No fires, etc... and they're saying that no boxed are wrong - it's "higher up the chain"
