This is a good question!
I guess there isn?t really ONE answer to this though. It depends on the provider of the merchant account; its policy on volume in turn might be based upon the requirements of the bank.
The best merchant account solution there is right is Netbilling (
www.netbilling.com) in my opinion. For volumes of 75K+ per month, I can certainly also help directly.
