I am sure you are aware of the fact we don't tolerate any spammers (or spam related things) on our network. This is also defined in our general terms and conditions so you should at least be aware of this before you made your order.
As said the reason of disconnecting you is simply because of above. If you login to your account you will see you have only 1 invoice for the first month so there are no double charges. If you want to do a charge back that is your choice.
Oh and btw, the downtime was also regarding this, our network has so far zero downtime
