For the record I am not for fascism or dictatorships at all, only stating what I believe to be true if the war were to of taken another path. I am happy enough for the way things turned up, but I think we were incredibly fortunate that a nuclear war did not result from the idiotic partnership between the Soviet Union. Furthermore, unlike most Europeans and Americans, I am much more aware of the Soviet attrocities that resulted from that partnership in WWII. Personally, as stated earlier in this post, I admire Patton's perspective on the matter at the time to be closer to that of my own.
