Yes it was....This is the fix

Download http://files.miranda-im.org/builds/miranda-v05a58w.zip

Unzip it(do NOT install)

Look for the file ICQ.dll now browse to your miranda folder/plugins, and replace the current ICQ.dll file with the new one..

fixed...

(of course Miranda should not run while doing this)
