    New to photography

I may be about to take some photos of an amateur model, but I only have a canon s230 3 megapixel camera. Do you think that'll work well enough for online content only? This will be for her site to charge member to look at the pics.

I don't know much about photography so any pointers would be appreciated.

I'm guessing that I need a good light source and don't use the flash. As mentioned before I'm a total newb for this.

3 mp is fine for online content. You should definitely have a good light source. There is nothing wrong with using the flash, depending upon your light setup.

3megapix is more than fine for online content... as for lights... flash isn't bad... i use those big yellow walmart lights and flood light in... and use a flash... it makes for nice looking stuff... in my fucking opinion
