internet access is mostly fast and cheap, lots of internet cafes, however a private hard phone line is harder to setup and i don't know how much work you can do on adult sites from an internet cafe loaded with surfers.
price range 20-50 pesos/hour (40cents to 1 dollar per hour) at internet cafe.Comment

It's pretty easy to get connected to the internet, in cities like manila, cebu, davao etc. Where are you going in particular, don't tell me you're going to the countryside, or you'd just be wasting time finding one.Comment
