Sorry if I came across as an ass but I'm not putting you down and never did. I actually did try and help you by letting you know that a $99 option is not such a smart idea but it seemed to me that you did not want to hear what I had to say or you did not trust my info. That's fine, so that's why I said to research it yourself as that is what I do in a situation like this.
You may never have a problem with going over the 2.5% but I hope you can see and understand my point where a $99 billing option will get you there much faster.

Just to let people know...this douchebag is still out there.
Signed up to my program three days ago, sent two check signups yesterday and two more today - he made some mistakes that I don't want to post publicly for obvious reasons, but as of last night he was already on my radar screen and as of today he's gone.
Beware <sigh>.

we had the same thing happen about four months ago. A German affiliate had sent a bunch of joins via check through only ONE gallery (ours). No offense to CCbill, but their check system is not that impressive (used it quite a few years ago and ended up with a 40% return ratio). We switched to WTS in 2003, and have been pretty happy ever since. Good tech support, plus we were told (not by WTS) that they do not take a percentage from the webmaster unless they collect on the transaction. Meaning that if they don't get paid on a transaction, they do not pass the charge to the webmaster (meaning returns are not charged the standard collection fee)....
