    ARIKAAMES.COM affiliates and others, please read this post...

    We are moving over the next 2 days and do not know when exactly we will not be connected to the net. I have assurances by our connection provider that a crew will be out to the new house by Thursday the 31st, but we all know how ISP's can be a pain now and then.

    As most of you know there are some ongoing changes to the program taking place right now. If anyone experiences any problems and cannot for some reason get ahold of Arika or I on ICQ over the next couple of days, please send an e-mail to arika AT arikaames.com or support AT arikaames.com. She is going to Pheonix and leaving very early Thursday morning. I am staying here to get moved and make sure everything continues to run smoothly. My direct e-mail address is Bill AT newbreedmedia.com or service AT twisteddata.com.

    Should any of you need ANYTHING, please bear with us through the move, and rest assured that one or the other of us WILL have a connection to the net to resolve any issues and/or solve any problems you may (or may not) encounter.

                                  If everything goes well I may be able to get in on Friday (flying in seperately of course) and be there for the weekend, but this of course depends on how accurate everyone here pulls shit off.

                                                          Took me 4 months. Their preorder system was too stupid to realise that there was no DSL capable equipment in my area, so it wasn't until I actually placed the order that I realised there was an indefinite wait.

                                                                      That blows huge ass, waiting for service is the worst. At the office we have DSL @ 6 down/3 up and waited close to a month for it to get put in.

                                                                      At the new place we called around a month ago to get the process started and knew going into it that we may be able to get a prefered date scheduled since we had a month to play with. Also since we did the business class cable it made it easier to get a firn install date because we got access to a higher tier support department.

                                                                              Mine is a business grade link too, but there's nothing the ISP can do if the telco doesn't have the DSL equipment connected to my line.

                                                                              Have you considered a dialup account as backup?
