I don't approve of this, but for all the people that are outraged about this and eat meat and wear leather clothes or shoes it's a little hypocritical. Which is worse, living two weeks and being clubbed to death or living for several months in a cage where you can't stand or move and go so crazy that you actually start pecking at your feet and body before you are, in many cases, thrown still alive into boiling water and killed so that you can become a McChicken? Or maybe be locked up in a thing where you can't move so that your muscle stays soft so that when you are still a baby you will be a yummy, tender veal? Or some monkey that has god knows what kind of nasty stuff done to it so that we can get a hard on on demand?

Do you guys know how much fish the seals eat?
The fishing industry is huge, and now that the fishing has fallen drasticly over the last 20-30 years, and the seal population grown immensly there is almost no point in puttin restrictions on fishing cause the seals and whaels make up for what man used to fish.
If you brake the cicle you're fucked, it's like closing down all the macdonalds and being surprised a lot less cows are getting slaughtered.
Sure it might look vile, but these animals can survive getting shot at a few times (plus it destroys the fur, wich kind of ruins the purous of killing them in the first place), it takes a lot of accurasy, and at the sound of one gunshot a lot of them will go back in the sea. We are by far the biggest predators on earth and do worse things than that to eachother. I don't see anything wrong with this, it's not like they are killing them for fun.Comment
