Ya know who can be trusted with stuff, what kind of work they will produce, who will pay funds due, who know this biz, who don't talk shit and who delivers - above all, who your friends are. Been dealing with many of the same people for well over 25 years - they rarely screw up - if they ever do, there is valid reason.
