Particularly interested in solo and multi girl sites. I know they range but what do they make roughly? I know some sites run about 7k members at $25/mth a pop minus all the overhead junk. So anyone have any real numbers to go by? Is 500k to 1 mil/year profit for a solo girl out of wack?

Yeah $2000 a year profit does seem an extremely conservative estimate! If you were only making $167 profit a month it would be hardly worth the effort!SIG TOO BIG! My program has never made a profit. I've been sure to reinvest every penny in content. Rather give it to more models and make members happy than piss it away on taxes.
To answer your question, a good multi-girl site can potentially gross 50-100k a month with the right niche, content and ofcourese the right traffic. But the range here is huge. Likely between 0-1 million a month. Biggest site I ever heard of was CE, back in the day they grossed 3-5 million a month. I'm not sure if anyone is doing that anymore.
