    Lo!!! Michael Jackson is SOOOOO Ffffucked!

    The morning lawyer tv and radio shows are saying Michael Jackson is soooooo fucked now.

    Since the court allowed prior allegations to be admitted into the trial there's no way he's getting out of this shit unless a miracle occurs.


    I thought this was all theatrical bullshit but this decision just fucks his shit all up.

    I think in this case, a child abuse situation the earlier evidence is allowable by the Judge's decision.

    This is going to lead to a can of worms everyone in politics and entertainment are going to dread.

    Jackson and his fans and friends are not gonna take a fall alone. They know more about Hollywood and Washington's dirty laundry than Earth can tolerate...

                                  Personally I haven't kept up with this case in detail, but the GFY lawyer in me tells me something is not right with allowing prior allegations to be presented. Especially when he was he got off on them. Seems like double jeopardy to me which isn't allowed in our court system.

                                  I can't remember if he was found "not guilty" in the last case or if they came to a settlement.. If he was found not guiltily I can't see how they could possibly use that same info again.

                                                                      The reason the judge allowed the prior allegations to be presented is some change in law several years ago regarding child abuse charges.

                                                                      So far there's no solid evidence he 'abused' anyone. I'ld say more 'innapropriate playful contact and conduct' not worthy of jail but a stiff fine and probation.

                                                                      This is the criminal trial not the civil. There's more to come for sure and the conspiracy nut in me says it's all an attempt at asset protection. I've seen mobsters and big business guys do shit like this. In the U.S. divorce and child payments are the best ways to protect your assets because nobody can touch the dough allocated. So if you're a crook and you've got stupid loot, you tell your wife to divorce you, take your shit and sit on it til the heat blows over.

                                                                      If you're rich and want to cover your tracks, just hire a pal to sue your balls off.

                                                                                          he would prob kill himself before he went to jail, he is way too weak and fragile to be in that type of enviroment. they wouldnt put him with general population though if he goes to jail. he will get a nice lil place away from everyone. but you still have to factor in the guards/trustee prisoners that will still have access to him and be able to beat the shit out of him.

                                                                                              Now it's a race-case thingie and he did an interview for Jesse Jackson. Then his ex Lisa-Marie Presely has been doing interviews left and right for her new album and she ain't talkin' either.

                                                                                              So far the testimony is shocking but not damning, yet with the additional information and the possibility that Macauly Culkin may be brought in as well as other child celebs it looks ghoulish for MJ.

                                                                                              If I were a juror I would have asked that the trial be stopped, MJ get pimp slapped for being such a tard asshat and give the family some money and go the fuck home.

                                                                                                  California changed the law in order to prosecute Michael Jackson. Seriously. Not only are they allowing allegations in, but 2nd party hearsay and it is perfectly legal.
