I have bought a good many sigs on here. I was paying $300 - $550 for people that are "well known". Then again, I'm not a cheap bastard either, so I didn't spend time trying to jew people down to the lowest possible price I could get them for. I'm all about people feeling like I treat them fairly and would rather be known as being a "generous" type than a "cheap bastard". Some people don't care and are worried only about the bottom line, and I understand that too....
