thanks, Yes I keep my body up, but not in competition form, getting ready for a competition is hard, its a 14 week diet of nothing but protein and about 50 grams of carbs a day, I also work out twice a day, mornings is an hour of cardio and afternoon is an hour of weights, high reps, twice a week I do 100 rep sets.
when not competing, I go to the gym about 2 days a week - mainly to burn off the calories I have been eraing
