                Stupid Criminals part 68 ... usually people that resort to crimes like this are morons and easy to catch. They don't cover their tracks very well and often there's drugs involved.

                The real identity theft doesn't involve using someone's physical IDs, CC cards, etc. and harder to track. They don't, for example, shop or use the acquired info in place's they are known or regulars!!
