                              Sorry maybe l didnt make it clear earlier.

                              We are currently training staff and setting up all the software for the thexxxhost.com as a new client of ours.

                              They understand support has not been 100 percent lately and are working close with us ,so that we will be able to impliment our system support asap.

                              They are investing a lot of money in this area and once its all in place thexxxhost will have one of the finest support systems on the net

                                              I cant see any reason that a hosting company wouldn't have someone available 24/7 to handle customer support. If i called and emailed my host and they took a long time to get back to me i would have already moved my domains.
